I love our job. We have wonderful clients. today a gentleman called to say he passed the Raytheon exam (3-4 hr exam)now preparing to move to AZ. Wanted me to walk him through doing property search on our website. He was tickled to do it. Said this is where I will do all my searches.!Very happy.
Client has night shift-problem how to have the usual Real Estate tours for other agents and do the Open House- I suggested they go on vacation when he has his 7 day week off and she liked the idea. Thanked me.

You can ski in the mountains or
swim and sit in the hot spa in the valley or golf, we love to hike in the Mountain trails and birdwatch. Take along a little picnic lunch enjoy the views.
Today it is 98 degrees and very warm, too warm to do much outside. Water everything good, especially our rose garden.
I planted some strawberry plants in pots the other day and we'll see how that goes , they have red berries now but it may get too hot for them?

It is lot of giving, patience and love. Love of your spouse and love of the business
today Tues. Warren went out to take virtual tour photos for a listing. At least the battery was charged this time , once when he got out to the house Sahuarita, or somewhere and the battery was dead on the camera , had to come all the way back and we charged the battery and bless his heart he went back out.
today we caught up on mailing cards out, I stuffed them, labeled and he stamped return address and postage stamps and sealed them and mailed them 200 or so.
